Creation of Qualitative Future Scenarios

The seminar Creation of the Qualitative Future Scenarios is organized as an open seminar for employees from different institutions and also as an in-house seminar organized for employees of clients with tailor made requirements.

Objectives of the seminar

The aim of the seminar is to familiarize participants with the principles of creating qualitative scenarios of future development. Scenarios are a suitable tool for designing new business models, innovating existing ones, creating strategy and strategic management of a company, when it is necessary to formulate and discuss ideas about the future development of factors important for the functioning and prosperity of companies. During the seminar, participants will learn to apply the TAIDATM scenario building concept and selected forecasting methods and techniques to scenario building.
